Norris will employ you directly for the duration of your contract assignment, subject to your application being approved. The advantage of being employed by Norris whilst working as a contractor is that you are able to concentrate on your assignment whilst alleviating the worry of paper work, administration and chasing of payments from your client. Norris will also enable you to retain as much of your contract income as possible, typically 80-85%, and can offer employment benefits to each employee.
